Today I am going to share you a famous and traditional south indian dish daddojanam also called as spiced curd rice or Thayir sadam. Traditionally we make this dish as naivedyam or prasadam on Sri maha Lakshmi devi Pooja and on Annapurna devi pooja during Navratri festival and this is a healthy and tasty dish which reduces body heat.
Generally in temples while preparing as naivedyam or prasadam, they skip by adding ginger, carrot, cucumber, grapes, pomegranate. (Instead of ginger, pepper corn will be replaced) and each home
has their own version of making it and in my family a complete meal is along with curd rice. you can make this dish in a quick and easy way with in less point of
time and can serve it
plain or else with any pickle of
your choice.

each house has their own recipes to prepare as naivedyam or prasadam during all
