Oats & Dates Milkshake Recipe / Oats and Dry Dates Milkshake Recipe


Healthy & Nutritious Oats and Dates Milkshake. This drink is very creamy and thick.
You can also Serve Chilled Oats and Dates Milkshake it will be very tasty.


Ingredients:
  • Oats - 1/2 Cup
  • Almonds - 6 (Soaked)
  • Seedless Dates - 4 / Dry Dates(Soaked) - 4
  • Milk - 1 Cup 
  • Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
  • Almonds - 2 Sliced (optional for Garnish)
Procedure by using dates:
  • Take a pan, dry roast Oats until the nutty aroma comes. and let it cool down completely.
  • Finely Chop Soaked Almonds. If you are not having soaked almonds, take unsoaked almonds and finely chop it and dry roast.
  • Finely Chop Seedless dates.
  • Grind or Blend Chopped Almonds, Dates, Roasted Oats, Cinnamon Powder with milk until creamy consistency. While grinding add milk gradually do not add at a time.
  • Transfer Oats and Dates Milkshake into serving glasses & Garnish with Some Sliced almonds.
Procedure by using dry dates:
  • Take a pan, dry roast oats until the nutty aroma comes. and let it cool down completely.
  • Finely Chop Soaked Almonds. If you are not having soaked almonds, take unsoaked almonds,finely chop it & dry roast.
  • Discard the seeds of the soaked dry dates and finely chop it. (Do not discard the water of soaked dry dates, this water is so Healthy & Nutritious).
  • Grind or Blend Chopped Almonds, Dry Dates, Roasted Oats, Cinnamon Powder with milk and water of soaked dry dates until creamy consistency. While grinding add milk gradually do not add at a time.
  • Transfer Oats and Dry Dates Milkshake into serving glasses & Garnish with some Sliced almonds.

Note:

  • Sugar is not needed as the sweetness of dates is just enough.
  • You can also refrigerate for 15mins to 30mins and can be served as chilled.
  • You can also add any fruit of your choice and blend it with oats.
  • You can also add more milk to your taste. 
  • water of the soaked dry dates is so healthy & nutritious, especially for babies, kids and everyone should have the water for at-least twice or thrice a week.
