Once the oil is nice and hot, add cumin seeds, broken Red chili, Curry leaves, Green Chilies, chopped Onions and cook until onions turns to golden brown by adding a pinch of salt (by adding salt onions will cook little faster).Stir inbetween cooking to prevent sticking at the bottom as shown in the video.

  • Add Cooked Prawns, mix it well and put the lid on and cook for 2 to 3 minutes (so that all the masala will nicely coat to the prawns).
  • Finally Add chopped coriander leaves and Mix it well.
  • Serve it hot or warm along with Rice or Roti.
  • After Marinating, do not put the lid while cooking the prawns. If there is any raw smell still remaining, will goes off.
  • By adding pinch of salt to the onions, the onions will cook little faster.
  • Instead of Lemon juice, can also use curd. but it tastes more better by add lemon juice for any non-veg recipes.
