Pasta recipe | Macaroni Indian Style Pasta Recipe

Super Delicious, Healthy, Quick and Easy Recipe. Anybody can prepare this veg Macaroni Pasta and also perfect for Breakfast or lunch.

  • Macaroni Pasta - 1 Cup
  • water - 4 Cups
  • Oil - 3 to 4 Tsp's (Olive Oil)
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Chat Masala powder- 1 Tsp
  • Ginger - 1 Inch Size Finely Chopped
  • Garlic - 3 Finely Chopped
  • French Beans - 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped
  • Green Chili - 1 Finely Chopped
  • Carrot - 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped
  • Capsicum - 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped
  • Coriander leaves
  • Onion - 1 Medium Size Finely Chopped
  • Tomatoes - 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped
  • Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Mozzarella Cheeze - 1/4 Cup Shredded  (optional)

  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water, add salt to taste, 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 cup of Macaroni pasta. By adding oil into the water the pasta will not stick together.
  2. Cook the pasta as per the package directions. After cooking pasta check it by using fork or else pressing it and drain the water and set aside.
  3. In the mean while, take a wide open pan, add 3 tsp's of olive oil, once the oil is enough hot add cumin seeds, garlic and ginger and saute it for a moment.
  4. Add Finely chopped green chilies, onions and cook until onions are translucent, then add finely chopped french beans and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
  5. Add Finely chopped Carrot and Capsicum, saute it and cook for more 2 minutes
  6. Add Finely chopped tomatoes and cook until tomatoes become soft and mushy
  7. Add Salt, Chat masala powder, tomato ketchup, Red chilli paste and saute it well.
  8. Add cooked pasta, pepper powder, Coriander leaves and saute it for a minute 
  9. Finely Add Shredded cheeze and serve it hot.
