All Time Kids Favorite, Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies. Crispy outside and chewy inside. So easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
- 1 Egg (Room Temperature)
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- Baking sheet
Procedure:
- Combine All-purpose flour, Baking soda, Salt in Small bowl.
- Melt Butter and allow Butter to cool completely in Large mixer bowl (Instead of melting butter, you can also use softened butter)
- Add sugar, brown sugar to melted butter (or else softened butter) and beat until creamy texture
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, Egg and beat until creamy texture.
- Now add cardamom powder,flour mixture and mix it slowly(cut and fold method).
- Finally add chocolate chips and mix it well.
Preheat oven to 375° F
- Apply some butter and spread butter on a baking sheet
- Drop by rounded tablespoon (make a small balls by hands) onto greased baking sheet.
Bake
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or else until light golden brown. if the cookies are done stop baking it or else bake for more 1 or 2 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
- Cookies are ready to serve.
Note:
- Instead of chocolate chips,can also replace with Chopped dark chocolate.
- Instead of brown sugar, you can also replace with sugar.
